Job Title: Avionics TechnicianJob Description
Join our team as an Avionics Technician to support an installation project for the entire fleet. This role involves supporting standard maintenance and modifications for a fleet of CRJ 700 aircraft, with a focus on heavy checks (C&D) and installing/modifying NC power in first and business class seats. Experience with Wi-Fi and ADS-B modifications is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Support the installation project for the entire fleet.
- Perform standard maintenance and modifications for the fleet.
- Conduct heavy checks (C&D) on CRJ and ERJ aircraft.
- Install and modify NC power in all first/business class seats.
- Troubleshoot and repair avionics systems.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Install and modify avionics/electrical systems on aircraft.
Essential Skills
- Experience in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of avionics systems.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
- Experience in installing and modifying avionics/electrical systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with CRJ 700 is not required but preferred.
- Experience with Wi-Fi and ADS-B modifications is highly desirable.

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate-controlled hangar or line maintenance as needed. Be prepared to work any day or shift, with voluntary and unlimited overtime available (considering safety and quality). Schedules may include 4x10s or 3x12s. Technicians are expected to read blueprints/drawings on a tablet and operate electronic devices efficiently.

This is a Contract position based out of Bridgeton, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
