* Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or related STEM field from an ABET-accredited university.
* 2-5 years of experience with Project Planning, Scheduling, and Project Management.
* 2-5 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer or Production Engineer in a factory environment.
* Familiarity with Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Planning, engineering drawings and specifications, and lean concepts (certifications preferred).
* Experience with programming languages, including but not limited to Python, SAS, VBA, and SQL.

* Precedence network and schedule development between production milestones.
* Barge support activities include monthly schedule development and analysis, OPE, data analytics, identifying alternate workable jobs, critical chain visibility, and chit board support.
* Develops Operating plans and Recovery plans on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. This includes constraint-based scheduling and crew cycling.
* Uses engineering methods (e.g., mathematical models, simulations, statistics) to support the development of optimal process designs and efficient utilization of resources (e.g., facilities, personnel, materials, equipment…) in the creation and validation of an operating plan.
* Schedules work plans, conducts data analysis (historical, trends, and production impacts), staffing, and process improvements. Physical Requirements & Environment
