Job Description Full-time onsite:- Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100 of the time.

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated professional to peform the following:- Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly processes and possess a continuous improvement mindset. Requires good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of personnel in a team-based environment.
The SEAS factory is a 55,000 square foot focus factory specializing in systems integration and test of complex electro-mechanical hardware in support of all branches of our armed forces.
You will be working closely with an experienced team of manufacturing professionals to develop processes, detailed instructions, tooling, and equipment necessary to assemble and inspect complex electro-mechanical hardware. You will have an opportunity to contribute to the success of new designs by sharing your experiences and lessons learned in the factory. You will be producing and evaluating quality data collected during assembly and test and be responsible for implementing defect prevention and continuous improvement actions. You will be challenged with investigating a variety of manufacturing issues associated with quality, cost, and delivery and tasked with finding innovative solutions. You will roll up your sleeves and work closely with assemblers, inspectors, test technicians, and peer design, manufacturing, or test engineers to work complex issues to closure.
