Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for performing inspections on incoming materials, ensuring proper documentation, and entering accurate data into the inventory database. The role involves locating and pulling materials for inspection or shipment, preparing and packaging materials for storage or shipment, and participating in audits, inspections, and quality assessments. The associate will also assist in maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials and ensure proper documentation.
• Enter and receive part data into inventory database with accuracy.
• Record and file trace documents electronically and in hard copy.
• Locate and pull materials for inspection or shipment.
• Prepare and package materials for storage or shipment.
• Clean and prepare parts as instructed.
• Perform physical inventory counts as directed.
• Relocate materials to consolidate and manage storage.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and clean warehouse and workstations.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and quality assessments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a stockroom/warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office applications and databases.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse and inventory processes.
• Skill in typing and general computer literacy.
• Skill in oral and written communication.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience handling aircraft parts.
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours from 3pm to 1:30am, Monday through Thursday.
• Willingness to work overtime based on company needs.

Work Environment

The Warehouse Associate will work in a warehouse environment handling aircraft parts. The role is based on the 2nd shift schedule from 3pm to 1:30am, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime based on company needs. The facility demands physical activity, including the ability to lift at least 50 lbs, and requires maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

This is a Contract position based out of Mesa, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Mesa,AZ.
