As an A&P Mechanic, you will ensure the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance goals while promptly communicating results. You will execute comprehensive maintenance on various aircraft in strict adherence to company procedures, manufacturer’s technical manuals, and regulations. Tasks must be efficiently completed within specified timeframes, and collaboration in all aspects of Fixed Base Operator (FBO) operations is expected.
Responsibilities
- Perform service on a variety of aircraft including Cessna (Single/Multi-Engine), Piper (Single/Multi-Engine), Beechcraft (Single/Multi-Engine), Falcon, Cirrus, EMB145, and Phenom.
- Collaborate in all aspects of FBO operations and assist as needed.
- Adhere to company procedures and manufacturer’s technical manuals.
- Complete tasks efficiently within specified timeframes.
Essential Skills- A&P License
- General Aviation experience with Beechcraft, Cessna, Piper
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience working with various aircraft models including Falcon, Cirrus, EMB145, and Phenom.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaumont, Texas.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
