A&P Mechanic / MRO
Job Description
We are seeking experienced A&P Mechanics with a strong background in maintaining corporate jets, particularly those with experience in Challenger, King Air, and Citation jets. The role involves working on a variety of aircraft, including Bombardier/Learjet, Gulfstream, and Falcon. Daily responsibilities include conducting QA and signing off on inspections.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on corporate jets, including Challenger, King Air, and Citation.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and sign off on inspections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with various aircraft models, including Bombardier/Learjet, Gulfstream, and Falcon.
- Lead shifts and build a team, fostering growth and skill development.
Essential Skills
- A&P License required
- 5+ years of Corporate Jet experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting aircraft issues
- Possession of necessary tools for the job
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Preferred experience with Challenger and King Air Citation
- Comfortable working with Bombardier aircraft

The position is located in Fort Bend County, in a non-climate-controlled environment. You will be working with a diverse fleet of aircraft, providing a challenging and rewarding work setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sugar Land, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
