We employ over 450 highly skilled, passionate and enthusiastic employees.As part of our growth (RAMP UP) in LEAP engines, we are looking for a Maintenance technician to strengthen our teams.Your role:The Maintenance Technician resolves technical issues to ensure that machines, tools, and the building remain operational at all times, while guaranteeing the safety of users.•Repairing machines and equipment in the workshop by identifying defects, diagnosing issues, and finding solutions;•Maintaining and repairing tools used for aircraft engine maintenance in accordance with the manufacturers instructions, and adapting them if necessary based on internal guidelines;•Regularly inspecting and scheduling maintenance for machines and tools, including the preparation and approval of precision instruments;•Carrying out basic repairs on building installations, such as electricity, plumbing, heating, and painting;•Performing certain administrative tasks, such as preparing work requests;•Guiding and supporting subcontractors on the shop floor;•Reporting to the Maintenance Manager on completed repairs, maintenance activities, and incidents.

Job Requirements:

Your profile:•At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a production environment;•Basic knowledge of PLC systems;•Strong electrical skills;•Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to adapt quickly;•Willingness to investigate issues thoroughly and a strong ‘can-do' mindset;•Experience with AutoCAD for drafting, reading, and editing is a strong plus;•At minimum, a high school diploma in an electrical or mechanical field;•Good communication skills in Dutch or French, with a basic knowledge of English;•Day shifts with flexible working hours.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Belgium, holding either an EU passport or a valid work & residence permit.
