Job Summary
The Business Operations Lead will support the LADS OSC Lead and oversee operations within the SBU to optimize supply chain processes, drive strategic initiatives and efficiencies, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work closely with and influence cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain management and operational outcomes. This individual must possess the ability to effectively present and engage with executive leadership.
As a member of the LADS OSC leadership team, you will work on key strategic projects and day-to-day tactical execution. This role requires the utmost discretion and safeguarding of sensitive personnel, business, and propriety information.
This position is an onsite role.
What You Will Do:
Alignment of the LADS Operations and Supply Chain organization including leadership team collaboration activities, tasking, and execution reviews
Develop and execute the operational and communication cadence
Solicit and gather information/data from multiple sources and synthesize into concise executive level briefings by collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Act independently, and anticipate the needs of the Strategic Business Unit, the leadership team, functional leaders, and geographically dispersed employees
Effectively work multiple projects simultaneously interacting with and relating to various groups and internal and external customers
Develop, maintain or improve company-wide support networks to facilitate and leverage the broad resources available within Raytheon to accomplish assigned projects and tasks
Travel to offsite locations on an as needed basis
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
Experience in program and/or project management

Qualifications We Prefer:
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations or Business Management
Prefer 10+ functional and/or product line experience with the capability to operate in an unstructured (minimal guidance) environment
Building trusted partnerships to obtain key or underlying information needed to support tactical or strategic decisions
Demonstrated experience of taking initiative and exercising reliable business judgment and accountability
Demonstrated ability to influence large cross-functional groups with a focus on fostering team building and mentorship
Must be proactive, influential, conscientious and collaborative
Process and detail-oriented, timely and responsive, and can meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
Demonstrate a high level of creativity, innovation, and initiative
Broad understanding of company structure and established network within Raytheon & RTX
Past experience preparing materials involving strategies, briefings, documentation and/or messaging conveyed across multiple stakeholders (for example: customers, employees in multiple disciplines, and senior executives)
Familiarity with MRP, Materials Forecasting, Operations systems

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
