Pratt and Whitney Eagle Supply is the F100, F119, F135 component repair management organization for Pratt and Whitney Military Engines. Eagle Supply manages the maintenance, repair and overhaul value stream to meet Pratt and Whitney Engine Program, Fleet Management and US Government Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul contract requirements.
Eagle Supply is seeking an Item Repair Manager to lead program activity at our operation in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
What You Will Do:
- Identify, align and coordinate engine program team activity to meet customer component repair requirements.
- Set daily business operations cadence, drive organization behavior to deliver established business goals; set metric driven operational culture.
- Proactively engage engine program engineering, purchasing, finance, contracts resources to improve repairs management product delivery.
- Articulate complex value stream issues to internal, external stakeholders. Quickly formulate positions for improvement and deliver relevant, concise communication.
- Ability to quickly assess value stream problems, seek relevant information, evaluate information/data, formulate solutions, make timely decisions, implement improvement actions.
- Establish credible, impactful working relationships with internal programs and external government customer base.
- Adapt and evolve with rapidly changing business conditions in a growth oriented business environment.
- Create collaborative working environment where peers are involved, promote work across organizational boundaries.
- Proficient with ERP systems; SAP, US Govt. Property, Microsoft Office, Access Database.
- Conduct business according to UTC Code of Ethics, EH&S, Export procedures, P&W Policies & Procedures.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors degree with 5+ years of Turbine Engine Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul Component Repair Business Operations Experience.; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of similar experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who do not possess US citizenship

- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
