Responsibilities:
Lead and maintain integrated project plans and schedules aligned with program requirements and project management industry standards.
Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and risk assessments to evaluate impacts and constraints related to product development and program execution.
Create and maintain project schedules, reports, metrics, and change activity tracking throughout the program lifecycle.
Regularly update and communicate program status to stakeholders and leadership.
Drive process improvement initiatives across project management systems and implement best practices to enhance decision-making.
Act as the program requirements focal for Cabin Systems and facilitate alignment across stakeholder groups.
Serve as the E-UM Project Manager, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet deliverables.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance metrics for Cabin Systems.
Engage stakeholders across multiple organizations to align project objectives and ensure execution continuity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and typically 6+ years of related experience, ORMaster’s degree and typically 4+ years of related experience, ORequivalent combination of education and experience.
Fluency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and OneNote for reporting, collaboration, and documentation.
Experience with project scheduling tools and metrics reporting.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional integration and stakeholder alignment.
On-site or travel requirements: As needed based on program phase and stakeholder location.
