As a valued member of our team specialising in the Public Safety sector, your primary objective revolves around leading the entire lifecycle of the responsible products aligned with the portfolio strategy, from strategy and development to launch and optimisation, ensuring it delivers both customer value and business profitability.
 

Your specific tasks include:

• Manage the generic product strategy and vision to fulfill the most global market needs and minimise the complexity of the products’ roadmaps and maintenance

• Product management of the TETRA Basestations

• Optionally, product management of the TETRAPOL Basestations together with another TETRAPOL Product Manager(s)

• Contribute to the cross functional collaboration inside the company/group

• Manage suppliers together with the procurement team

• Create documents or material for the responsible product’s management and sales support

• Support sales and bid team on TETRA Basestations related projects

• Train internal and external stakeholders

• Provide technical pre-sales support towards the (potential) customers and the customer project teams

• Key stakeholder of the TETRA Basestation R&D activities

• OP planning and execution as planned. Arbitration if necessary, together with the Portfolio Business Managers

• Participate in the Standardisation organisation activities and marketing events when necessary

To succeed in this role, you need experience in Radio Network products, preferably TETRA basestations and solid understanding of the Public Safety market.
