Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or 6+ years of quality engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 2 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in root cause analysis methodologies and corrective/preventive action planning.
- Experience using inspection equipment and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations and/or program requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with aerostructures manufacturing (metallics and/or composites).
- Working knowledge of Lean tools and techniques (e.g., A3, PFMEA, Fishbone diagrams).
- Familiarity with AS9145 or equivalent APQP processes.
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
