Join a high‑tech aviation facility supporting military aircraft production and flight testing, including the Sikorsky Training Academy. This site features a 7,000‑foot runway for Black Hawk training and offers hands‑on work in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.

• Install and route wiring and cabling for aircraft test systems
• Build, troubleshoot, calibrate, test, and maintain avionics and electronic systems
• Perform electronic, electromechanical, mechanical, and limited optical tasks
• Work from schematics, engineering drawings, and technical instructions
• Conduct system tests, document results, and report data accurately
• Perform calibration, alignment, adjustments, and component replacements as required
• Prepare compounds and solutions used in assembly and testing processes

• Avionics systems and wire harness installation
• Experience working on aircraft avionics, preferably military platforms
• Familiarity with coaxial connectors
• Strong electrical fundamentals and hands‑on troubleshooting ability
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

• Soldering and electronic fabrication experience
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting experience in electronic/electrical systems
• Experience terminating mil‑spec wiring and connectors
• Experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment
• General mechanical and fabrication skills

• 5/40 schedule (five 8‑hour shifts)
• Professional facility with modern tools, test equipment, and advanced aviation systems

This is an opportunity to work directly on mission‑critical military aircraft systems in a technically challenging environment, alongside skilled professionals supporting next‑generation aviation and defense programs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jupiter, FL.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
