Responsible for building, managing, and executing the sales plan in partnership with the Senior Account Executive and Regional VP of Sales within an assigned territory. This role is focused on expanding spanet share by targeting key customers in areas where Air Methods has operational resources, securing Preferred Provider Agreements, and strengthening existing customer relationships to drive business growth, increase call volume, and achieve established KPIs and annual goals.
We are seeking candidates located in Wisconsin, Ohio, Illinois, or Indiana who are comfortable with extensive regional travel throughout these states. An EMS, healthcare, or nursing background is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $102,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
Incentive Potential: In addition to base pay, this role features a robust, performance-based incentive program tied directly to key business metrics, including transport volume and service requests.
