As a Corporate Recruiter, youll be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including Customer Service Agents, Support Specialists, and internal staff roles. Youll work closely with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to attract the right candidates and provide an optimal candidate experience.

Youll recruit not only for well-known brands like KLM, but also for our support departments, including HR, Workforce Management, and Finance & Control. For these roles, youll actively source, screen, and advise, and youll have the opportunity to broadly utilize your recruitment skills.Youll be involved from start to finish: from job descriptions and campaigns to selection, benefits negotiations, and onboarding. Youll also contribute to improving our processes and participate in various recruitment projects.

Your responsibilities at a glance:

• Youll conduct phone and in-person selection interviews with candidates
• Youll manage and optimize the candidate pipeline
• Youll actively engage with hiring managers, HR, and other internal stakeholders
• Youll contribute to improvements in the recruitment process
• Youll contribute to projects such as referral programs, employer branding, and onboarding
