Work with Customers Operations team to support daily systems operations and trouble shoot issues. Support the repair of Safran Cabin interior parts. Serve as a technical liaison to the customer and facilitate the incoming goods receipt process, mitigating any cosmetic defects to expedite the process. Engage with Safran Cabin Team Members to effectively support the delivery of assemblies. This role will be based at the customers site.

Level 1
•tSupport airframe OEM in troubleshooting and resolving non-conformance conditions including troubleshooting, repair, modification, and testing of noted Cabin products
•tSupport implementation of service bulletins
•tProvide clear communication to OEM personnel regarding concerns, questions, and function of products
•tMeet all OEM airframe policies and procedures while fulfilling assignment
•tServe as Quality representative designee
•tUse precision test equipment, including those used to diagnose and perform functional tests on components and assemblies
•tComplete repair records or other paper work associated with product support activities
•tComplete and apply all training required by the product OEM
•tPerform shop reworks
•tAssists in off-wing or aircraft work on demand
•tTasks may vary slightly based on products produced at division.

The expected salary range for this position is between $22.00/hr - $34.56.USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.

Job Requirements:
Level 1
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 0 – 2080 hrs (approx.1 year) in manufacturing
Computer Skills: Basic Computer Skills
Other Skills:
•\tPerforms work under direct supervision.
•\tHandles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
•\tApplies decisions
•\tFollows defined priorities
•\tBasic ability to use and read measuring devices, calipers, pneumatic hand tools, trim tools.
•\tAbility to read and write English at a comprehensive level necessary for successful job performance.
•\tGood hand / eye coordination required.
