Join our team as a Millwright A, where your expertise in rigging and machinery installation will be vital to our operations. In this role, you will lead and mentor lower-classification employees while performing high rigging tasks to move and position heavy equipment and machinery with precision. With hands-on experience in demolition, excavation, and fabrication, you will contribute to the construction of foundations and curbs while operating various lifts and material handling equipment. Position Responsibilities:
Perform high rigging necessary for construction, millwright, and maintenance work, including moving heavy machinery and equipment.
Work from blueprints, specifications, sketches, or verbal instructions to complete assignments accurately.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications:
Relevant experience can include academic qualifications, military service, or other industry-related roles.
3+ years of experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings or specifications.
3+ years of experience with using precision measuring tools and equipment such as micrometers, calipers and dial indicators, etc.
3+ years of experience using hand tools and/or hand-held power tools.
3+ years of experience lifting and rigging to perform all high rigging necessary to accomplish construction, millwright and maintenance work including the moving of machinery equipment.
3+ years of experience with techniques, equipment and materials used in the mechanical maintenance and repair of related equipment and systems.
Capable of lifting, pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds.
Ability to complete fall protection training.
