In this role, you will play a critical part in assembling and testing electro-mechanical systems that meet rigorous military specifications. Your expertise will ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and precision in every step of the manufacturing process.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Performs basic and complex electro-mechanical set up, utilizing cables, connectors, and test equipment, must be able to adjust and modify machine profiles as need to meet specification.
Follows written specifications or operation sheet in the completion of the assigned tasks.
Maintains records of test, quality, and specification data.
Assist in the transition of new products from Engineering build to production build by providing feedback and recommending fixtures to simplify board processes.
Perform troubleshooting of equipment when down, such as the reflow ovens, pick and place machines, and other equipment as necessary.
Identifies and solves problems when failure trends occur
Identifies problems, failure trends and recommend process improvement.
Ability to utilize Fine-Tech and Airvac Equipment. and X-ray machine to examine boards.
Review and finalize new solder profiles for reflow.

Utilizes written or visual instructions involving use of quantitative information from specifications, graphs, pictures, documentation, dials, gages, etc.
Performs duties using a variety of small tools and related production equipment.
Provides written and/or oral communications concerning a variety of situations
Keeps workstation, tools, and equipment in a neat and orderly manner.
Understands and complies with all Company, safety rules and regulations.
Engages and participates in a self-directed teaming environment.

Requirements
Education Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Certified in IPC- 610
This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.
2ns shift schedule is 4p-12:30a Sunday – Thursday

Must have a proficient understanding of manufacturing and operational processes & procedures.
Basic to Intermediate computer skills (MS Office including Outlook, basic Excel)

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships
Ability to analyze data, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with minimal guidance.
Familiarity with Daily Management, awareness of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
Desired Qualifications:
The base pay range for this position is $30 - $35/hr. plus night shift differential of 10, depending on experience. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 6/2/2026.
