Technology Analyst

Job Description:

DPP is seeking a Technology Analyst for an opportunity in Columbia, SC.

Work arrangement:

Partially onsite: Onsite 3 days/week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
W2 position; 12 months
Candidates must be eligible to earn a low-level US security clearance (Public Trust).

Position summary:

The Technology Analyst is an operational role supporting key technologies.
Operational roles can include working with the team to upgrade or make other changes to the tools to maintain security and compliance.
This role will be focused primarily on customer requests or issues.

About the team:

The Identity Services team consists of nine talented engineers who work on various projects related to Medicare HVA and many SSO integrations.
They also handle upgrades to some of the major applications and agents, ensuring that they are up to date and secure.
This is a collaborative and customer-oriented team that values troubleshooting skills and feedback.

Active Directory
Okta
RSA
Secret Server
Windows Server administration

Nice to have:

Quest (RMAD)
Venafi
UserLock
ADHQ
Scripting in PowerShell and/or Python

Minimum required work experience:

4 years of experience with specific knowledge of the technology(s), product(s), and/or processes to be supported.
1 year of experience directly supporting the technology(s), product(s), and/or processes (may be concurrent).

Required education/equivalencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree;
OR, Associates degree in CS, IT, or other job-related degree plus 2 years of work-related experience;
OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 8 years without a degree)
