Job Summary
Were seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team, responsible for performing various tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Inventory: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders, and store materials in designated locations.
  • Order Preparation: Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Safety and Security: Assist in maintaining security and safety standards within the warehouse and follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills:
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is desired.
Working Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment: Frequent lifting and moving of materials.
  • Variable temperatures and noise levels: Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Physical demands: Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
Additional Desired Qualifications
  • Inventory Management Systems: Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Forklift Certification: Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work different shifts as needed.
