About the Opportunity:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned aviation professional to align with a mission of paramount importance: enhancing aviation safety through Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT). As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will be instrumental in expanding our clients reach across business aviation, government, and professional flight operations. Cultivate and maintain strong industry relationships.
Engage at a peer level with Chief Pilots, Directors of Safety, and senior aviation leaders.
Own and drive revenue by closing complex sales deals.
Originate new business across diverse flight departments.
Deliver measurable sales results within the first 30 days.
Directly support the mission to expand UPRT access.
Execute disciplined CRM and sales system strategies using HubSpot Enterprise.
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting effectively.
Align UPRT solutions with operator safety risk management objectives.
Demonstrate proficiency in ICAO Doc 9859 and FAA Part 5 SMS.
Perform on-site during onboarding.
Transition to a hybrid schedule based on sustained performance.
Reside within 30 NM of Mesa, Arizona (no relocation offered).
Professional pilot background in a crewed turboprop and/or jet environment.
Proven experience originating net-new aviation sales.
Experience beyond account maintenance.

Willingness to work in-office during initial onboarding and ramp period.
Comfort and adaptability with APS compensation structure.
Complete a personal structured interview, including assessment commentary beyond the resume.
Provide an overview of previous placements in senior aviation sales or pilot-adjacent commercial roles.
